Prices are not inclusive of VAT or GST. VAT (20%) will be charged to all deliveries within the UK and Europe and GST (12%) when purchasing within India. Prices are displayed in Sterling, Euro, Dollar or Rupee as by using the conversion key. Prices are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will email you and if we do not hear from you within 48hrs, we shall treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

If you are purchasing from the UK and from rest of the world except India. You can pay by credit card i.e Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, AMEX, Visa Delta, Electron cards, through our ‘Paypal’ gateway. If you are purchasing from India, please use ‘PayU Money’ and you can pay by any major credit cards including AMEX and by Indian domestic debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets and UPI with the shipping process. Please note we are not liable for the bank charges applied on your card and the currency your bank used to convert the purchasing price.

Payment will be debited prior to shipment. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Neeva D London, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the full value of the products with shipping charges.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers unless otherwise stated, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed using a promotional code not intended for the customer redeeming the code.

1. 2. For every friend you refer (who makes a purchase) you will receive a £15/Rs.1230 discount on orders over £50/Rs.6150. You will receive each £15/Rs.1230 discount voucher no later than 3 days after your friend has made their first purchase.

3. Every friend that you refer will also receive a £10/Rs.820 discount on their first order over £65/Rs.5330.

4. Each voucher is valid for one month only and can only be redeemed once, on full price items.

5. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Neeva D London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Please note *since most of our items are bespoke we will contact you via email informing you when we are despatching your goods. We always adhere to the estimated delivery time as specified on Neeva D London website. Please note estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Neeva D London. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Neeva D London works on UK sizes. Most of our items are ‘made-to-order’. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you. The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please note that we also provide a bespoke service where we can make the garment to your size.
